A sweet Easter Basket for Blayke and Briar

Creating the best experiences for our children is one of my favourite things to do over the many holidays. Easter is always full with egg dyeing, arts and crafts, egg hunts, and stuffing our Easter baskets with our favourite things from small businesses.
When I get to put together these lovely baskets for the kids, I am very excited. But, let's face it, making Briar's first Easter basket this year was more for me than for him. However, it is still enjoyable to fill it with all of the things he will use as he grows .
Baby’s First Easter Basket
Briar's Easter basket was purchased from @boutiquelemechantloup. It's the @Olliella Midi Bolga Basket . I enjoy buying baskets that are multipurpose and can be used for storing toys or for simple play afterwards. It's a win-win situation for me.
I've always planned our Easter baskets around the upcoming season. I found the cutest tiny swim shorts from @carami this year. I also got him his first rubber ducky from @carami, and the best part is that it doesn't have a hole, which means no water access = no mould, making it safe for babies.
I chose a lovely Sun Bonnet in the colour “ Harbour Stripe “ by @Briarbaby from @sproutinglittles . I'm really looking forward to seeing him in his stylish summer attire .
These lovely miniature sunnies are available in a variety of colors from @everbabyboutiquee. This year, they were a must-have for our baskets.
The sweetest gift that gives back . Cuddle and Kind Dolls are heirloom handmade with natural, high quality cotton by incredible women artisans in Peru and now Nepal, providing them with a sustainable fair income and for every doll sold Cuddle and Kind feeds 10 children. We started our collection 3 years ago and they are without a doubt a household favorite . We chose Henry the Bunny , its only fitting right ?
Another fun addition I added in for the next season ahead of us is these fun silicone beach sets I found on Amazon .
For Briars book I decided to go with Bunny Roo I Love You , & 100% will make any mama cry
& the last addition to Briars Easter basket was this timeless handmade wooden car by @tinywoodentreasures. For now it’ll be used as a decoration in his room .

Toddler Easter Basket for Blayke
We chose the " Piki Rattan Basket " from @maudekids by @olliella for Blayke's Easter basket. Another great multi-purpose basket that may also be used for play. The cozy Dinkum doll " lamby pip ", a full size Dinkum doll Sprout, and the adorable suitcase full of extra accessories are some of the other special things from @maudekids we added.
Because I had trouble making a decision I added two swimsuits. One of our favorite swimwear brands is Rylee & Cru. They are both environmentally friendly and well-made. We bought the Ariel One Piece from @littleminamilist.ca and I chose the Marigold print from @marymatilda_gp . Both of these suits are adorable.
I also I added in one of these fun silicone beach sets I found on Amazon for Blayke .
A book to add to our collection is always an essential piece , I chose “ A classic The Tale of Peter Rabbit “ .

Bows or clips are another item that is almost usually included for Blayke; no girl can have too many accessories. I found these adorable snap clips from @shopmalababy
